TEACHING

My teaching is grounded in the belief that printmaking is for everyone, and I approach the classroom as an inclusive, community-centered space built on collaboration, accessibility, and shared learning. I design courses that honor diverse learning styles through multiple modes of instruction and emphasize cooperative studio practices that reflect real-world print spaces. By establishing community standards, encouraging student-driven inquiry, and integrating social, cultural, and historical contexts into assignments, I support students in developing both technical skills and critical awareness. I view teaching as a reciprocal process, one that values intersectional perspectives, challenges exclusionary structures, and fosters a culture of care, curiosity, and collective growth
